Behaviour and noise levels: 2024 will be our third year at this venue, which is surrounded by houses. Although we have pre-warned the neighbours, I would like to respect their privacy, so please keep all music and general noise to a bare minimum after 11pm Friday and 1am Sunday morning (after the disco).

Our TENS licence only allows us to play music until 1am, so when the organiser(s) come around and ask you to turn your music right down or off, please do not disrespect their request, it is for good reason (we want to return!).

Aggressive behaviour towards other team members, tournament staff, referees, vendors, visitors and locals, etc will not be tolerated.

Please notify the tournament staff, should you have any issues and we will deal with the situation accordingly.

Please make our tournament fun.

Photography: You may take photos, but please bear in mind we have a Junior competition taking place on Saturday only. If you see anyone potentially taking unlawful photographs of minors, please contact the tournament staff immediately. We have a number of Safeguarding Officers who can deal with the incident.
