Cancellation Policies
6's Competition:

Teams withdrawing on or before the 12th July 2024 – full refund.

Teams withdrawing between 13th July to 25th July 2024 – 50% refund.

Teams withdrawing on or after the 26th July 2024 will not receive a refund.

Teams asked to leave the site by the Tournament Committee - No refund.

Individual Entries:

Individuals withdrawing on or before the 12th July 2024 – full refund.

Individuals withdrawing between 13th July to 25th July 2024 – 50% refund.

Camping Only Booking (if applicable):

Individuals withdrawing / cancelling their camping spot, on or before the 12th July 2024 – full refund.

Individuals withdrawing / cancelling their camping spot between 13th July to 25th July 2024 – 50% refund.

Individuals withdrawing / cancelling their camping spot on or after the 26th July 2024 will not receive a refund.

Coronavirus:
​
Please note: If at any point the Salisbury Volleyball Club cancel the 2024 Tournament due to the COVID-19 Pandemic (only), then a full refund will be given.
​
Adverse Weather:
​
The Tournament Committee will do everything in it's power to run a full tournament, however if adverse weather affects play, then a reduced tournament will take effect, which could mean shorter or less games. No refund will be given.
​
If the weather affects the whole tournament (before the start and throughout) then a 75% refund will be given to each team entered, which will include all competitions (Pairs, 6's and Juniors) where applicable.

The Salisbury Volleyball Tournament Committee reserve the right to cancel, change and / or update the 2024 event; in whole or in part; without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. In such cases, all refund policies as stated above (with the exception of the Coronavirus statement) will apply and any policies not listed will be reviewed by the Tournament Committee and either granted or rejected at the organiser’s discretion, but there are no guarantees.
